In the late 1970s Manny fell in love with the grading business. His dad’s business was well known for the quality of their work in custom house pads and agriculture work. Their ag work consisted of brush and land clearing of 30 to 200 acres and soil blending for avocado groves; preparing the land for the trees as well as grading for agricultural roads. Eventually the business evolved to include more commercial, retail, industrial, and government work.

In the mid 80’s Manny bought his own blade and went into the rental business for himself. During the mid 90’s he moved to Washington State with his family for a year and worked for a large heavy commercial construction company putting in highways and working on airports. Missing that California sunshine he moved back a year later to work with his dad and brother to expand operations. As the business climate evolved, Tim formed Trinity Grading to meet the demand of growing commercial and industrial focused business opportunities.
